Program Details:

This 9-Week Healthy Habits Program Includes:

  • 3-Day Push/Pull/Legs Lifting Split - structured, progressive, strength-based workouts. You can choose barbell and dumbbell (gym option) or dumbbells and bodyweight (at-home option).

  • Spiritual Habits - 3x/week prayer time and 3x/week scripture reading time woven into your fitness journey. All you need is 5 minutes a day.

  • Full Health Coaching Consultation - 1:1 session to personalize your lifestyle habits and collaborate on creating routines that fit YOUR lifestyle and needs

  • Nutrition Consultation with a Certified Nutrition Coach - work with a coach to align your food with your fitness & faith goals

  • Community Support - encouragement from women walking in the same path
