I specialize in bringing balance to your workouts, your meals, and your walk with God — virtually —wherever you are.
My prayer is that you discover how to use fitness as a form of active worship — integrating movement, nutrition, and spiritual habits to support a balanced life rooted in faith.
As a Christian author, certified ACE personal trainer, NETA group fitness and cycling instructor, and NASM virtual coach, I’m here to walk alongside you (just for a season!) and help you get back on track.
