Worship’n’Workout 2025 Indoor Events at Healthy Spot Wauseon

Join personal trainer and group exercise instructor, Macy Gerig, on January 13th AND/OR January 18th at the Healthy Spot in Wauseon for a 30-minute bodyweight workout. Additional merchandise, books, and virtual program details will be available at the event. Grab your mat, water bottle, and friend, and learn how to use your body as an active worship! You are welcome to register for one or both events. There are only 15 spots available for each.

Jan ‘25 Kick Start - $30

Kick off the 2025 New Year with a 4 Week Worship’n’Workout Challenge, starting January 6th, 2025.

Within the four weeks, you will earn points for hitting daily step goals, weekly strength training workouts, worship-specific cardio trainings, and referring friends into the challenge! The first week, you’ll only be expected to hit 7k steps a day, five days a week. Each week I will increase step count by one thousand (7k, 8k, 9k, and 10k). You’re only expected to complete two full body Tabata workouts each week, utilizing bodyweight, bands, and small dumbbells.

There will be Worship’n’Workout discounted programs, supplement recommendations, apparel codes, and more! The WINNER (highest points) of the challenge will receive a FREE 9 Week Program through Worship’n’Workout.

Worship’n’Walk is a FREE 4 week beginner program, made for people to jump start their spiritual and physical health. Each week, the walking time will increase until participants have met the recommended cardiovascular exercise minutes created by the CDC. Every morning, participants can open the program, view their allotted walking minutes, and click the worship playlist to worship their way through the time.

Need a kick start into a spiritual and physical devotion? This 5 day fall challenge is for you! I am hosting a 5 Day Fall Challenge from October 23rd to October 27th - free of charge! In this challenge, you will be given daily tasks to complete. Within the 5 day period, you will be given worship-specific workouts and guided strength training classes. All of the workouts and tasks will be sent online, via email, and hosted virtually through YouTube! The goal of this week is to show you how Worship’n’Workout programs work! I want you to see how to use your workouts as an active worship through your weekly schedule! I cannot wait for you to join me!

Holy Week

With Easter approaching, it can be easy to go through the motions. Some of you have heard the Easter story every year growing up while others may only hear it on Easter Sunday. However many times you have heard the story of Jesus’ death and Resurrection on the cross, this Holy Week, I want you to spend some time sitting in the story and history of Easter. One of my favorite ways to do this is through worship music. In this Worship’n’Workout program, your challenge is to spend at least 10 minutes each day leading up to Easter in an active worship.

Active Worship Focus: Remembering the power and sacrificial love of Jesus’ death and Resurrection on the cross.
