  • 4 Week Sweet Start

    In this 4 week program, Macy wants to give you your “Sweet Start” to planting a sustainable and attainable health program. With access into the Active Worship training app, you will have 24/7 access to Macy. Within the program, you will have two full body, 30-minute strength training workouts. These are beginner friendly, needing only a small set of hand weights. Throughout the workout, there is a narrator, guiding you through the entire thing. You will see visual and written cues for each exercise, making it impossible to be confused! Additionally, there will be two 20-30 minute cardio sessions each week. You'll have the option to connect your Apple Watch or Fitbit with the app so anything completed will show on both platforms.

  • 9 Week Faith-Based Virtual Program

    This faith-based nine week program provides you with a forward-focused exercise and spiritual plan. After purchasing, Macy will meet with you and discuss your exercise goals, barriers, and step backs. With the information, you and Macy will collaborate on an exercise plan incorporating cardio, strength training, nutritional guides, and spiritual habits to give you a step towards your dream lifestyle. In 9 weeks, you will have access to customized exercise programs to achieve your individual and dream fitness goals, spiritual habit collaborations to program spending time with God into your week, meal guides, 24/7 messaging with Macy, two weekly exercise check ins, weekly spiritual check ins, and worship-specific workout. The goal of the nine weeks is to show you how to use your exercise as an active worship in a programmed forward-focus app!

  • Monthly Workout Program

    Are you looking for a monthly workout program customized to fit your goals but do not want the spiritual or nutritional guidance? This is for you! Macy is offering a monthly program based solely on workouts. Once purchased, you will meet with Macy for an initial consultation to discuss your fitness goals. After the consult, Macy will develop a program aligned to you! This program is also for people who completed the 9 Week Faith-Based or Virtual Program who want to continue their exercise plan!
