Standing Alternate Side Lunges with Forward Arm Raise
Begin with your feet hip width apart and your dumbbells parallel to your shoulders, palms facing your body.
With your right leg, step out towards your right, shifting your weight onto the stepping leg. Bend your right leg and raise the dumbbells in front of your body. Push off your right leg and return to center as you lower the dumbbells back to the center.
Alternate legs.
