Jumping Jacks

Begin with your feet together and your arms at your side. Jump out with your feet as you bring your arms above your head.

Push your hands down towards your sides as your feet return to starting position.

Modification:

Keeping one leg on the ground, step out with your right leg as your hands lift above your head. Push your hands down as your right leg returns to starting position. Alternate legs.
