Info & Tabata Timer

At the very top of the first video, you will see a series of days. You can scroll through the days to click the number you are on. Some of the days repeat workouts, but the workout duration changes. Be sure to read the workout instructions in the book and place the intervals into the TABATA app (tap on word to access).

On the Tabata link, you will program your workout in the following order:

1) Click on “Tabata This”

2) Put the # of rounds in “Number of Tabatas”

3) Put the time of “Recovery in between Rounds” in “Rest Between Tabatas”

4) Put the number of exercises you’re completing (6) in “Rounds Per Tabata”

5) Put the time of “Work” in “Time On”

6) Put the time of “Rest” in “Time Off”

*You can add 30 seconds or so in the “Prep Time” to count down after clicking “Start”
